• Comprehensive individual needs analysis (including client profile, lifestyle report, goal setting)

MUM'S CLUB - STAY YUMMY!

 

We know all too well how important feeling good and having some quality ‘you’ time is, no matter how old your children are... So whether you are wanting to get your pre-baby shape back, struggling to find time to train or just want a chance to meet like minded women and take a break from ‘being mum’, we can help you achieve your goals whatever your shape, size, ability or fitness level.

Join us for our outdoor training sessions within the grounds of Moyles Court School, where we are lucky enough to have access to a registered nursery with lovely, fully qualified staff to keep your little ones safe and happy whilst you train. Alternatively we openly welcome buggy’s.


Our sessions focus on general toning and fat burning routines as well as giving special attention to that all important core and abdominals, including the pelvic floor. We always conclude are sessions with a total body stretching routine to help you find a sense of calm in what can prove to be a hectic time.

Nutritional advice is always on hand and you are welcome to stay on after the session to discuss your individual needs.

OUTDOOR TRAINING

 

People of all ages, shapes, sizes, abilities and fitness levels are welcome. While we are only too pleased to push you hard, you can always just take it at your own pace. We know all too well that ‘one-size’ does not ‘fit-all’, that is why our sessions offer individualised group plans within the Boot-camp format of group training.

Each session is different, but do expect a healthy mix of cardio and muscle conditioning activities, making it an ideal foundation for any fitness programme. The training takes place at different forest locations around the Ringwood area. Across the winter months we use the beautiful floodlit grounds of Moyles Court School.
